Sir Donald Mann     My fathers aunt was married to an Alexander Robert Mann a brother to Sir Donald Mann who built the CPR.  Alexander built many railroad lines in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and B.C. In 1902 he owned the Canadian Northern Railway, Neepawa and McCreary?  In 1903 he built the Greenway Branch. Around 1906, Alexander packed up, sold the house and moved to Vancouver B.C. and continued his work under the co name of Northern Construction Co.  His co. built railways and bridges, one of them the Patulla Bridge Vancouver B.C.       Home
