Senator John Nesbitt Kirchhoffer     Senator John Nesbitt Kirchhoffer was born 5th of May, 1848 at Ballyvourney, County Cork, Ireland. Settled in Brandon and Souris, Manitoba as a solicitor in 1881. Was a member of the Sowden Land syndicate. Married to Clara Louisa Howard. He remained a federal senator and resident of Manitoba until his death in Ottawa,  22nd of December, 1914.       Home
